Any shares of 2CoolTek Inc stock. 2CoolTek Inc is not for sale and will be closed after the auction is completed. The company is divesting itself of its assets and will cease to function after those assets are gone. The bank accounts, merchant accounts, and other financial instruments are not included. No pending accounts receivables or payables are included (This means no debts are included in the sale). No inventory will be included, as it is being liquidated.
--- So basicly what is he selling ? the domain and nothing else ?
