scam artist should be beaten
|
So you going to tell us where you traffic/sales come from?
If pimpdog's data is right, looks like you're running a scam where you get people to signup for a trial then cancel so you get the signup money. Or do you have one of those sites that 'teach' people how to cancel paysite memberships? |

shame on you, where in the fuck did you learn how 2 talk like that ?? |
I don't have tried all those sponsors but Epic and Flynt Digital I have used.
I dropped them both for selling out to Acacia but I can attest that they do pay. I earned thousands with FLynt digital alone. Epic I only promoted shortly but still made some good cash. So while I won't touch those two anymore with a ten ft stick they are not fucking with the payouts. |
I heard Larry Flynt is low on cash.

Whoever here doesnt want his traffic or is too retarded to convert it I will take it, here's what he sent on one account
152 sales 2 CB 6 Refund Totally standard, good % of actives, def. way more than 2% or whatever :1orglaugh David/Perfectgonzo |

I'd agree about flyntdigital. They are fucking joke. |

I remember Trent Edison's thread against flyntdigital - Knowing Trent as a straight guy, and fd selling out easily to acacia - I wouldn't send that company 1 hit -
Jon Atherton is behind most scams and is known for ripping webmasters - I assume the poster here was caught up in the ph deal and got ripped along with thousands of others - Pretty obviously you are mailing - It is impossible to show a cb in a month - That is crap - It takes a minimum 2 months - Prbably your traffic was cancelling overly quickly, but honesty from the program owner would help - If you are mailing, let me know and I will work a deal with you - |

His chargeback ratio is over 1% with you.
You don't find it a little strange that 5 different sponsors have not paid him out, 3 of whom are well know in the industry? If his traffic was indeed so productive, why on earth would we cancel his account and refuse to pay him? I think it's pretty evident that Epic Cash is not a fly-by-night company. So why would we "screw" him over for $2K when he could make much, much more money for us? He sent 92 trial joins. Of those 92, 90 were cancels or chargebacks. Something is odd there. He's using obviously deceptive "promotional" tactics. Probably inciting the surfer to sign up and then cancel in order to get access to a warez site or something similar. As for your comments, Rich, think before you open your mouth and be prepared to back up your comments. The members area of our sites are great. They retain well and the members love them. The content is extensive and fits the niche of the site. And yes, our terms and conditions do indeed say that we will not pay if there are insufficient trial-to-paid conversions. Evilshaun immediately resorted to attacking us when he wasn't paid, much like he did with Ice Cold Cash. We've invited him to sue us if he believes are actions are not justified. The ball is in his court now. We've got the records to back up or decision. Quote:
