perceptions
When I first started in this business on the content side of it (which is why I won't dare to say who I am lol) I had the worst perceptions of the men/ women behind the sitesfrom owning to maintaining them...I thought that everyone was sick and obsessed with the business and after a while I had to look at myself and ask- why am i doing this: the answer money and attention- everyone likes both right? Who wouldn't live on camera and get paid to do basically nothing?
The purpose of this post is to say that through the years, I have had the chance to meet some of the nicest most wonderful people that I remain friends with til this day. People that have families and despite all the porn hype have a balance of real world and their cyber space income. I met RogerV and at first he seemed so arrogant and self- absorbed but in the end I see that he runs his business methodically and in turn is able to sustain the lifestyle he loves so much for himself and his employees. I met Carol and Brian- they showed me the best time and had me laughing so much- totally wondeful people that I was truly blessed to meet. i met 123brad, a guy with a family that he truly adores and made me see that within the first 5 minutes of conversation. I met Raven, who was probably the happiest person I have ever met at a show. and I met the guys from soulcash- that made me feel like I have known them forever. These people totally turned my perception of the business from bad to good and I just want to say thank you. People like me tend to over analyze and be to critical of people- I would judge before I gave the person to speak there name- now I see things in a different light. So to all of you- continue to do your thing, make money and make happy memories at these god forsaken shows!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
