Question with FTP
I just did some security updates on my Windows server, and now a friend of mine can't log into her site with FTP. I can log in fine using her user/pass with CuteFTP, Dreamweaver and even IE, but I get the same error she does if I use Firefox. She's using a Mac and all her clients give her "Error 500: PASV command not understood". I know that has to do with a passive login, but she's tried it with and without the "passive" feature selected. Anybody have any insight on what I or she needs to do for her to login? Thanks in advance!
