Your dedicated server is just that, dedicated to you, it's yours. You have FULL control over your dedicated server and we will only access your dedicated server with your permission and/or for technical purposes, specifically emergency related issues.

What is the 10% price reduction for unmanaged dedicated hosting accounts?
If you can maintain your server without our assistance then you will pay 10% less per month. You will be responsible for managing your server, setting up domains & email addresses & everything else. We will of course support any emergency requests and answer any general questions such as setting up domains, POP accounts, & anything else related to management. If you purchase the unmanaged service we will still setup the initial server for you. See #7 below. We will also setup any domains and POP accounts to get you started. Our technical FAQ has all the information to guide & help you manage your server with ease. Setting up domains, POP accounts, MySQL databases, cronjobs and all other general setups are very simple to manage.

Does my dedicated server include any standard software/installations?
By default we will install all common PERL modules, PHP, MySQL, Zend Optimizer, Webalizer, Webmin, Curl, SendMail, MRTG, GD & ImageMagick. If you don't want want these services installed by default please let us know after you receive your welcome email. Please remember, even if you purchase an unmanaged dedicated server these services are still installed for you by default.

How long does it take for my shared hosting account to be setup?
Shared hosting accounts are setup the same business day. After you sign up you will receive your welcome email. Once you receive the welcome email please forward it to support with a list of domains, POP accounts, databases and/or any other requests you might have for your initial setup. Once we receive that information we will setup your account and forward you a release letter.

The prices listed on the site come with all the goodies, PHP, MySQL, PERL, & CGI access. Should you require static hosting, purely for bandwidth and no scripts then you will pay 10% less monthly.
