We were out on the strip last night, and I saw a woman with her back out a car window, lean down out the window, hanging by her knees, pull down her top and flash her tits to the crowd walking down the street while they drove about 1/2 a block!

I hadn't ever seen anything like this, but apparently this is quite common on Friday and Saturday Nights here late.

Talked to a taxi driver (he told some stories) and he said there are no public indecency laws in Vegas...so if you want to flash your tits, the cops don't hassle you.

Anyone know if this is true, or where I can check to find out? If we get ladies flashing us while we are taking pictures, I don't want to suddenly find out their really is a law against this. lol. I can still see her....we couldn't get the camera ready fast enuf...darn! She had nice tits too.

H'mm someone better tell the LV cops that are on the tv show Cops that then. We have seen them arrest people for just that sort of thing. Hey what ELSE is on at 4:30am besides Cops?! Just saw one where they took a guy in for being outside in his boxers. Don't know what the charge was really (wasn't listening close enough) but he was in his own yard at 3am with tshirt and boxers and off he went!

Look it up online. I think LV has most of their things online now

I'll have to check it out. Thought it was hard to believe, but according to this guy (who had had a lot of woman flash cars from his cabs) the Casinos make their own rules (he watched a lady go topless from his cab into the casino, despite security trying to stop her) But as far as out on the strip (road)...anything goes.
