Well I think it's a number of things.
1) The person without the needed funds, has time to rethink and go over the plan until somewhat perfected.
2) The person without the needed funds, probably does not know first hand what it's like to loose wads of cash in a sour business deal thus his ideas are more wild and open.

- A person with the needed funds, will probably not think up crazy business plans which would risk his/her name, buisness or bank account.

When you have money you dont have to think as much about how to get rich... you know it will happen eventually though savings, investments, etc. The poor people come up with ideas that can make them millions overnight, because they dont have the luxury of saving $1000 a month for 30 years.

I disagree, all my great ideas come to me when I am faced with a problem, or I see a problem with something.

I am still disciplining that portion of myself though that KRL just referred to about cultivating those ideas for profit.

It's usually the easiest ideas that cost the most btw.

The guys I've had on board who inherited money or were in the right place at the right time were worse than useless to me.

After investing in many mostly small ventures I figured out that some people will never have money and they wont even win a lotto because they are too lazy to buy one.

As a site owner you don't have to partner with someone. Assuming the person who has the idea produces the content. You pay this person/group to produce the content and maybe a small percetage of the site sales as long as they shoot the site.

I don't have just ideas, but visions of revshare domination. I've been told it's not possible to compete with the big boys. I say bullshit. Enough money to shoot enough of the right content certainly leaves the possibility of a huge successful site.
