You might find that most of them are not allowed to give out this information with the content.

Many content providers will have a clause in their licenses about giving out the models identity.

Those relying on Sponsor content might find the future a bit tougher if this law gets through. Right up to the time when they see bought content works better, in a lot of cases.

i don't know why but I can't help to think people using less sponsor content is a good thing in the long run.

This is very true, it is just a matter of people thinking ahead of time and making their moves early, instead of shuffling when things go into affect.

The worse effect will be a few part timers will disappear and start buying memberships again.

Can't see it costing one single surfer to stop buying.

the only time I have used sponsor content in the last three or so years has been if it is a very specific site that you aren't likely to be able to buy your own content to promote. Other than that I would rather buy.

yeah that is kind of the type of sites I was talking about. Those types you need pics of the actual models to use or if you are doing a niche where that site shoots pretty much the only content available.

If it is an amateur site run by one model (and her team) then I guess giving out the details would be less of a headache then a big program that doesn't have contact with the models.

so those of us who used a lot of sponsor content in the past would have to delete all their galleries that use such content and perhaps get blacklisted by several tgps and mgps because those galleries no longer exist. am i understanding this correctly?

Then use extremely softcore material. You'll be safe and you will get a better ratio in the long run.

If u don't have the information about that content, would you like risking to go to jail or getting blacklisted from a TGP that doesn't understand the situation?
