Ill keep the email and info in strict confidence.

You'll find out soon enough. Besides a guy who hangs around here that often, should have figured it out already. Quit some hints to make the puzzle...

If you think this is only iBill then you are wrong. Jettis is even worse. They know that one program owner doesn't pay at all any of his affiliates. They don't give a fucking shit about this, because they make their money. Glad that I fly to the US the 11th and will have try to have shit fixed by a lawyer. Who the fuck do they think I am, Santa Claus?

Really? I must be thinking about someone else, then. I just did a search and the person I'm talking about hasn't posted at all in August and only posted once in July.

Ok, lets say this is the sponsor's fault and not I-Bills. It's still a bad policy to allow a sponsor to change terms of payment with affiliates at any time.

The sponsor decides he will send payments to affiliates but doesnt say when or how often so before you know it a month has gone by with more sales and rebills and no check.

Two months after hearing excuse after excuse from the sponsor and more sales and rebills you realize you're being screwed.

Maybe it states this option in I-Bills Revshare Terms And Conditions from the sign up page? I dont see it?

I understand that the sponsor makes them money either way and they could care less about affiliates or whether they are getting paid. It's not their problem anymore.

But when the sponsor finally closes shop and they are left with 100's of affiliates or revsharers that want no part of I-Bill again who's fault is that? I wont come back!

I want to extend him the fairness he deserves, and I continue to give him the benefit of the doubt, while I still remain highly skeptical, while still leaving an opportunity to make it right. Most people would disagree with me, but I have remained close with him for a long time now, however business is business.

The sponsor's name should be revealed right now. There are countless webmasters, new & old that, may be signing up now sending him traffic and making him more money. These ppl will get burned in 2 months when all we're fed are excuses like you've received for the past 4 months. If he hasn't paid you in that long, what makes you think he'll decide to pay you before Internext? You keep saying, "we're close friends", "at least he still answers the phone", lots of ridiculous things like that. He's burned you. You say he bought a new house and boat? Great, it's with your money. You don't think he planned this from the start? Maybe he gave into the temptation and thought no one would notice, screw that. By not telling us who he is, you're only HELPING him make more money when he's the one screwing you all over. Why wait till midnight blah blah blah when you've got nearly 4 days, starting now, to make his life a living hell so he can sell his damn boat and pay you all what you're owed. Keep in mind, you started this thread... I've got a dirty secret, blah blah blah, sad story, but it does no one any good, you're not helping us and you're not even helping yourself. if you're afraid he won't pay you because you revealed who he was, YOU"RE WRONG. He'll pay you first, because he will want you to clear his name... if he even cares anymore. LOL. If this shit happened in mainstream, lawsuits would be flying. You're doing EXACTLY what he expected: NOTHING

He's probably cashing your checks right now.

If he is your friend he should be upfront and honest and tell you and the rest of us why we are not getting paid. Most probably because he doesnt have it? Maybe you'll get paid? Most probably not but do you think the rest of us will? maybe you know more about his personal situation than the rest of us?

I agree he sounds sincere on the phone, very stressed but the bottom line is he hasnt paid affiliates in months. Nothing pisses me off more than to be told a check was sent and nothing in the mail over and over.

In the meantime more webmasters are getting screwed and the balance owed grows daily with rebills. Jim needs to come clean!

wtf does my registered date have to do with my post? lol. you assume that since I'm new to gfy that I'm also new to what? the web? adult? business? sponsors? at least i'm not getting burned/taken by my sponsors. that's all you. lol. fucking hilarious. sorry buddy, been in this game since 97. took small break before mainstream bubble burst to BUILD & FLIP a startup company for cash/stock and now i'm back to build partnerships here. lol. that was your entire rebuttal. blah blah. there are plenty of others here who obviously got burned by that sponsor, it would be nice if someone shared info so others don't get burned too. but... if you want to burn alone, by all means, do so. hilarious.

guess what?

That's you. right? so that means even though you've been in the "game" that long, you're still falling for scams/shaves/cheats/crooks/lies. i wanna be just like you when I have 2yrs & 1000 posts under my belt.

i had to add this...

I remind you that you came here saying you got a SAD story to tell? why? so we can sympathize? or to waste our time and not help others? ridic.

You now what pisses me off ? I made 4 sales and 5 rebills today for the guy already.

Why i don't pull his links ? Some of my galleries have top google rankings, and it takes some time to change pics and sponsor...

Taboo -

I'd rather dedicate a thread to this, on wednesday, when the boards get a lot of attention right before the show.. and also so no one confuses the sponsor from IBILL.

people will know he had one last opportunity to make things right, but chose to pass.. there won't be any room for any more excuses or rebuttals from his end. the ball is in his court, lets see how he responds. Once again, I thank you for your concern.

you're welcome. but i'm concerned for everyone else as well. you're forgetting one thing:

He OWES lots of webmasters money. not just you, his friend. So, even if he "makes things right" and you get paid, that does not mean that everyone else ever will. do you see the point i'm trying to make. if you want to wait, great. but it should wake you up after reading just how many others are affected by this, and others that may not even be aware of it yet, until it's too late and they've lost valuable traffic/money that lines his pockets in the meantime. i see how classy you're trying to be. time and place for everything. but if he disrespected ONLY you, then this thread would belong to you... but NOW this thread BELONGS to gfy and every webmaster he's screwing. see, I'm signing up for new programs everyday and the last thing I want to do is waste my time and even WORSE, give someone WHO may disappear all my personal/business info, contacts, taxID, etc.

will someone please create a new gfy ID and just tell us who it is? too much drama for a sunday. i've seen other threads: "I was screwed over by BLAHBLAH", and then "We worked things out"... see how simple it is or are you just trolling. try to remember, I am ON YOUR SIDE. got it?

nuff said.

This has NOTHING to do with I Bill. And as far as ccbill goes, you cant check to see how much you are making if the sponsor doesnt have any ccbill reffer codes. Man, you are pretty clueless to how billing works. Next time, before bashing I Bill, get your story straight. This is totally the sponsors fault.
End of story,
Duke

Hi,

to everyone bashing iBill here, a few hints to make you understand that it is neither iBill's fault, nor can they do much about it.

Biggy2 & bigfrank, I am not sure if both your stories are about the same sponsor or not, since biggy2 said he actually _SWITCHED_ to a cascading billing system 2 months ago and bigfrank said he IS GOING TO switch... So I will be treating this as two seperate sponsors...

Biggy2:
MOST cascading software out there will make it impossible for you to be paid by the biller(s). The reason for that is that the billers simply have no identifiable information on you and wouldn't know who to even SEND the check to. The cascading app MIGHT send along their INTERNAL reseller id to the biller, but the biller can not link you to that reseller id NOR can they verify that the reseller id you CLAIM is yours really is. For iBill specifically, as far as they have told me at least, you can not even SEND ALONG that reseller id. They will only record REAL ibill revshare, and if your sponsor uses cascading apps, I know of VERY LITTLE that will actually send along a REAL revshare id.

So this should show you that it simply is not iBill's fault, and even if they WANTED TO, they could not send you checks for sales going through that cascading app!

bigfrank:
You talked about someone that is not yet switched and where people are still signing up via iBill. There you understand that it seems unfair and a bad practice by iBill.

To make it clear:

I only beta tested the cascading software.. through the whole time, there was only one processor: IBILL, no other billers were added, and it was only on his smaller site that he actually implemented the cascading software. Everyone else promoting his main site continues to use ibill, even to this day. The cascading software was never fully implemented.

" By not telling us who he is, you're only HELPING him make more money when he's the one screwing you all over. "

that makes perfect sense.. by not saying who it is.. u are guilty by default ..

Just like if u watch a crime and dont do shit.. u are guilty by association..

I guess is nebraska coeds.. since i have not seen him post in long time...

This is the last post I am making until Wednesday if the need arises. Until then, he has a last opportunity to make things right.

If not, as I said many many times before, a thread will be posted and dedicated to this sponsor on Wednesday - right before Internext.

Why wednesday? One day before most people leave for the show, 2 days before the show starts, it will deal the most damage - the boards always get a lot of attention then with threads like "I'm at internext already" "Im leaving for internext in 2 hours" "see you in FL", etc. Thats for all the people who think I am hiding the sponsor's name for whatever reason.

I had another sponsor in mind, not nebraskacoeds, but I'm not surprised at all since necoeds is capable for everything. He was keep saying lies to us and manipulating the truth behind a content purchase in the past. I've never seen anyone on-line saying lies that easy.

No, this is how it works according to I-Bill Accounting:

"Hello Revsharer,

We do apologize for the inconvenience, the account is set up to be paid out by the webmaster that you are affiliated with. We send the payouts to the webmaster, who then distributes them out to the Revsharers. If you are still having a problem with the webmaster responding, you can request to close out the account and receive final payout."

The problem there I found out is there is no final payout since all payments are sent to the webmaster

i agree - as an affiliate you technically arent signing up with the affiliate, youre signing up with ibill - no?

seems third party processors ought to have a responsibility to the people who really make the money - the affiliates.

Luckily I didnt promote this sponsor that heavily except on a couple of my older public nudity/party girl websites. Due to all the local and national media attention about the two sites they generated a lot of searches and sign ups though. Still no fun to get burned and I could use the $$$.

This was and is the only sponsor that I promote that solely uses I-Bill because I dont care for the fact that they cant seem to be able to consolidate accounts or merge all together.

But you would think and I'm sure they are aware of complaints of this sponsor not paying that they would contact and ask "hey, what gives? we are getting complaints of you not paying and you are making us look bad.

Maybe they arent allowed to I dont know? But at least they could request him to take the webmaster sign up page down that states payouts are sent by I-Bill?

i agree that ibill should have listened closely to countless webmasters that complained. while they don't hold themselves responsible, because they truly aren't at fault, I hope they at least tried to arbitrate the situation after reading in this forum how his company was dragging ibill's name down.

and i'm glad that someone revealed the sponsors name because 3 of my associates had already signed up with them. so thanks to bigfrank and others who had balls to save more people from getting involved in this mess. i hope that the sponsor has a great reason for letting it get this far and ends up paying out what he owes. wishful thinking.

Sucks that there's probably 100's of other webmasters that don't even know about this post. I wouldnt have if a friend hadn't told me about it.

Damn, just got another rebill today too. Never thought I would hate to see that
