ok, so, all in all, it tasted good and it was BBQ sauce that kept it from getting hard because I like steak VERY WELL DONE but "falling of the bone before a knife even touches it" tender.
If someone can show me a way to do that with NO marinade or sauce or rub. I will eat my words. |

they do look good but i dont know if thats my thing, i ussually eat filet mignons or sirloins, i like to soak them in robust italian dressing then a lil worstershire sauce, bbq sauce is more of a pork rib thing for me
