I don't find fat girls attractive. I don't be rude about it, but fat girls should stop trying to convince everyone that they are simply shallow or ignorant for not finding them attractive. Most people from birth are programmed not to find overweight people attractive, and although it sucks that they would hold it against people with regards to irrelevant matters, if someone is looking for a partner it is their choice (a choice in which most people find fat people less suitable).

I can understand when it is mindless resentment, but obesity is a problem in many Western nations, and if you are unable to do something about your own obesity problem (granted you have the ability) you should shut the fuck up and stop trying to convince everyone that fat people are better in bed or somehow more attractive because, to most people, you simply aren't.

When someone says "I don't like fat girls", nobody is offended. It's only when people start throwing around insults that the fat chicks get pissed, and rightfully so.

You know, no matter who you are or what you look like you are just wasting your energy if you care all too much about the people that don't find you attractive. Do I think that the majority of men are attracted to big women? No. Do I care? No. Why? Because I know for a fact that there are still many men that not only do find big women attractive but find them the most attractive. They may be the minority but, in a world with this many people in it, that is a pretty big minority (no pun intended). I have never once had to beg a guy to like me...either they do or they don't but judging by the reaction I have had when I did model and that I now just get in general when I am in BBW/FA situations I know more than few do. So, I will concentrate my time and energy on those people and continue to not particuarly care that other people don't find me attractive. I will tell you this - the feeling you get from being with a partner that truly loves your body type is something that everyone should feel regardless of if they are fat, thin or inbetween.

I don't mind if people just simply state they don't like big women. When I mind is when they have to follow that on with insults. Why can't you just not like something without also trying to hurt it?

I just went to the doctor for a check up on Wednesday - my heart rate, blood pressure, lungs, etc., etc., etc. are better than average for ANYONE my age of any weight. :thumbsup

Not always true. Case in point: my neighbour across the street from my parent's house growing up was a fat girl, about 4 years younger than me. In later years, she was about 20, me about 24, at a social (large party with a cash bar and DJ) her and I had a conversation about this. I told her that in general my preferences in women run towards the slimmer, fitter girls. I told her that I am basically more attracted to good-looking girls who are in good shape.

She of course had all the usual arguments about personality, less self-involved, more caring and loving etc... and then proceeded to go from zero-to-bitch in under thirty seconds..... she got very indignant and worked up about it, calling my view shallow and ignorant.

Her and I have never spoken since, to this day.

Because I had a personal preference that she disagreed with, she basically ended our friendship. Of course in later years my preferences have changed, I have matured and evolved, and have come to enjoy the company of a wider (no pun intended) variety of women. I find attractiveness and sex appeal in certain individuals from all types of women, and am more open to having relationships with those that in my younger days I probably would not have looked twice at.


Agreed on your point about throwing insults around, it isn't acceptable at all. Those who put others down to make themselves look good are.... well, they're idiots who aren't worth getting worked up over.

And I guess I feel the same as you in alot of respects, but I personally like fat chicks and big guys. I don't think it has so much to do with trying to convince everyone about the great aspects of BBW but more to do with trying to get people to realize that fat doesn't equal non-human.

I personally do not find the image of stick thin anorexic chicks enjoyable (I truly believe that seeing rib cages and hip bones is gross and know from experience how bad it hurts to get poked with 'em), and what happens here with fat chicks would be similar to what would happen if I constantly harassed, made fun of, insulted all the skinny ladies on here and did everything I could think of to make sure everyone knew how disgusting they truly were. And then implied how horrible it was and how stupid they must be because they didn't even have the good sense to eat enough food to be attractive to me.

CDSmith ...at 20 she most likely hadn't really come to terms with her body image, yet. Especially if she grew up fat, chances are she went through some dark moments and at 20 (especially prior to the 'net and the growth of a BBW community) many people are still shaking off those shackles.

Aneway, i prefer everything in normal, my boy friend is a very skinny guy, and its also looks ugly.

I should add here, that I wasn't talking about her in that conversation. Fact is, how it went down was that she came over to my table for two reasons, one was to say hello and talk with me a bit, and the other was to see if I might be interested in meeting her friend.

Now, it just so happened that her friend was a few years younger than her and very slim, as in thin, with great legs, smallish titties and long thick gorgeously wavey hair. I said "sure.... I like girls that look like that".... and that's what sparked the conversation. She started prodding me about liking larger girls, but at that particular time in my life I had been playing hockey for over 18 years, had been working out for 5 years, was fitness-oriented and really liked the slimmer fitter girls.

I don't know of any BBW events in Israel but that doesn't mean they don't exist. It might be worth her putting a personal ad on one of the many BBW dating sites. I have been contacted on yahoo before by guys from there so I know they do exist.

I'm not a vegetarian either, nor am I an abstainer from alcohol. I don't really care much for the idea of sharing my life with one either... the thought of not being able to enjoy a barbecue or a glass of good wine with my woman just turns me off. So I avoid those types of women in general.... it's not an absolute. Neither is my preference in women, there are exceptions and exceptional women in all body types.

guys and girls find different things attractive. Guys put alot of importance on physical looks, you hardly ever see a good looking guy with an ugly girl. But you see hot girls with not so good looking guys all the time. Men were just born like that and its not really something that can be changed. I don't hate fat girls but i would probably never date one unless some day i wanted to see what sex with one was like.

I am fat. It is not the result of a glandular disorder. I have always been heavy-set, though occasionally not fat. The best adult weight I've ever had was 155 pounds on a 5'9" frame when I was 18-19.

Pregnancy added 20 pounds to that. Since then, I have been 390 pounds. I'm down now to 258.

Yep, I'm fat. I've been REALLY fat. I know the difference. And I've learned to laugh at it, I've learned to enjoy myself despite the weight, and slowly, steadily, I'm taking the weight off. It didn't get there overnight, and it sure the hell isn't coming off overnight.

When someone says , "I don't like fat chicks," that's cool with me. To each his own. When that person, (or someone else), tacks on an insult, that bothers me. To me, that's just as stupid as insulting another race - look past it and find out that there's a real person inside, with real feelings, real intelligence, and a real capacity to love. Just like there is with just about everyone else.

Personally, I don't give a fuck about how big or small you are. I would rather wait and see what kind of person you are before I decide whether or not I like you.
