Are you an EU CCBILL affiliate...?
( Do you promote sites that use ccbill, and are you resided in the EU? )

This thread is not for anyone outside EU!

Are you experiencing a total stop of sales every day starting exactly at the ccbill date change and then lasting for between 2 and 5 hours?

I avoid CCBill because they shave like nobody else.If I'd be a program owner I wouldn't care because the new members have to get their passes and I could see if something didn't get into my account but promoting ccbill programs as an affiliate - no way.
