When my host recently upgraded cpanel my login URL changed, but they forgot to tell me untill I asked. My shortcut was actually bringing up the login box but then going 404. You might want to ask your host if a similar upgrade is causing your problem.

GFY is the new support department for my business.
KMR Stitch, we are moving all virtual accounts over to new opteron powered servers (smoking hot). Move should be complete within 4 hours from now, in the meantime CPanel will not be available. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
