Looking for something near 92316 area code (909 zip code) in SoCal..

Preferably in Bloomington, Rialto, or Fontana...

Apartment = ~$2400/month
House = ~$3600/month

yeah, checked pretty much all of them out, lots dont have pics, i saw a lot more apartments when i was in the area like 2 months ago... hard to find houses for rent though. Looking for a house preferably, 3400-4400 SQ FT.

The secret is to search the regional MLS databases for buying/renting homes...

Since your looking to rent choose "Residential Lease" then pick your price range and city. Did a quick search for ya and saw a nice 5br house next to a golf course in Fontana for $3200/month.
Looked like quite a few lower cost homes for rent as well.
