Hanii told me he as a Japanese businessman called on studio after studio inquiring about licensing content - nobody was interested in the least so he went into production himself. unless the site is run by a studio I'm believing the content is stolen. i've seen alot of the .jp sites that look like they are official but who knows maybe the Japanese webmasters just like American webmasters steal from American movie studios steal from Japanese movie studios.
