Yea, I know what you mean. I don't know why VISA and CCbill/Ibill continue to process for these guys who rip content from pirated VCDs and then charge memberships. Well, I guess as long as they get their cut, they don't care.

I think some Japanese studios sell rights to uncensored versions to foreign companies for non-Japan market, which is small compared to their local market.
