Thanks for the answer unlike most fucking idiots on here can do. But...Yeah, i wasnt trying to do anything sexual like most NN sites the people on here are used to. Something along the lines of CourtneyDay.com. It's legal. There is case law on it you can look up.

However you must recognize the very nature of what you are stepping into. It is not without risks. Even though its not CP, you can easily be seen by some people as being a producer of CP, who don't know or understand the law and that can cause a lot of complications for you.

For example you might live in a community where the local law enforcement is ultra conservative and ignorant of the laws and will hassle you regardless. They could easily go so far as to set you up. It would be easy for them to plant real CP on your computers for example under the new Patriot Act laws which basically give unrestricted seach powers to police.

You could also have a problem with the models themselves. How hard would it be for a local prosecutor to brainwash a young girl to thinking you attempted to molest her. A clever psychologist could easily get a little girl believing and making statements with that kind of implication.

The other thing you have to watch out for are the young girls that might have been or are currently being sexually abused and will try to act on it with you in your studio. What are you going to do if a 16 year old girl starts to come on to you? There are girls that will do that inevitably. Now you could end up charged with statutory rape of a minor and you might as well kiss your life goodbye.

So you are treading in murky toxic waters and if you are prepared to handle that legally and financially and willing to take the risks involved have a swim but be ready to get your legs chomped off by someone.
