You would think by now people trying to sign up from a restricted country known for webmaster fraud would know by now to sign up with a fake US address and then go into there profile and just change the mailing address to send your check.

hey sorry I posted this on GFY right away. Just that I needed quick help and sometimes GFY IS quicker then ICQ or email.

anyways, the issue was sorted by Slim, and everything's cool...

btw, the reason I contacted you first was because Israel isn't even on the list, and I believed it was a technical thing as I CAN find Afghanistan, Lybian Arab Jamahiria, and a few other countries which are usually restricted on the list
