I keep a lot of money in my Epass account and I've never had any problems.

Having read the horror threads on this since they started I think there lies the pattern.

I have yet to find a big player being termed but it always seem to be little guys.

Come to think of it there were quite a few affiliate scams in the past that did this: Pay the big shots(To have a following on the boards ) and rape the little fish and pocket some more cash.

Ya have to keep in mind that there are way more little guys then big players.

As for the rest of this thread I can only say

Deja Vu ain't what it used to be :)

It depends on the reason for the freeze as to what will happen with the funds.

If the funds were frozen b/c they are determined to come from a fraudulent source, the transaction will be reversed.

If the funds were frozen for a reason other than fraud the funds will remain in the account until ID docs are received.

Do these "risk guys" get a cut of every dollar they confiscate over there or what?

If the funds in an account are determined to be fraudulent, then they don't belong to the account holder. They don't belong to Risk either. Unfortunately, the account holder will have to find another way to pay his bills.

99.9% of the time, the accounts we block for fraud are actually fraud.

Smokey The Bear - Humorous post! :1orglaugh But you're way off base there.

DBW - Drop me a line and bring me up to speed regarding your account. Rand @ paycom dot net. You might want to include a number where you can be reached.

DarkJedi 08-02-2004 11:56 AM

Hmm this seems strange, the money isnt the account holders and isnt risk's , then who's is it ???

99.9% ?? Can we hold you to this ???

So your telling me , of the dozen or so cases we have heard about people getting seized accounts then eventually getting them back after hassles there are 999 times this many accounts that are fraud ??

So correct me if my numbers are wrong here. ( ballpark figures )

12 ( gfy reported people )

this is the .1% so this would be assuming you have blocked over 12,000 real fraudulant accounts ??? this seems high..

BTW rand, did lensman ever kick you in the balls :Graucho

And if your found in the wrong will you post a picture of yourself masturbating over a sheep , so as we can photochop to our hearts content. ??

prostock 08-02-2004 01:11 PM

well i know many times we have had bull shit with them not doing what they said or how they said , so as for me i dont like to use them unless i just have to , funny i just had a clint want to pay me and use epass and i was like god no please

can you tell me why still you hold our cash for two weeks then let me pull it with the atm , and you hold for that time and what is fucking worse we have to call you and tell you HEY wake the hell up the two weeks are past give me our damn cash ! :BangBang: :BangBang:

Doctor Dre 08-02-2004 01:18 PM

That's another reason why I'm NOT getting an account . The pricks fucked too many people or made them wait for their money
