Wow this is fantastic news Chris... Thumbs up.

Guess we will have to do a "cheers" while floating in the meeting area in curacao ;-)

We recommend CCBill to anyone looking for a back up processor. They are good people.

u can be happy for companies and people you like but it's nothing to rejoice about, the more processors the better I would think.

Mutt you are dead on the money.
Another one bites the dust. At least jettis had a graceful exit and were able to leave on a good note. The fact remains there is now one less processor and that's bad for all of us.

I agree. Is this a sign of third party billing going bye bye? It can't be healthy to see these companies going away like this.

Yes we need for you to change your links.

We have a temporary solution in place to transfer joins from Jettis join forms to Paycom. But this is only temporary.

Common Paycom/Jettis Clients - Please remove your links to Jettis Join forms and only use Paycom Join Form Links, this will obviously bypass the temporary solution. Once this is done you will not need to do anything else.

Jettis Clients New to Paycom - You will need to obtain your join form link information from our support staff. Replace your current Jettis links with Paycom links.

If you want to use our flexpost interface you can obtain the API from support.

Please emaiil [email protected] with your company name and site information. Support will also be able to provide you with your account login information.

As a friend to all three ISPS mentioned in this thread, I can tell you that this is a good move for both parties involved and a good move for the ISPS industry as well as for the Adult Industry, as a whole.

I am excited about all of the new things that Jettis is adding to their offerings in the coming months since my mainstream companies use their Gateway Services! I know Ken and Kjell well enough to know that this move is simply making way for bigger and better things!!

I am also pumped to see Epoch continuing to grow their dominance in the marketplace. As a customer and supporter of theirs since 1997 I have seen them weather the storms and always come out on top....Kudos to Chris, Clay, Rand, and the whole Epoch Crew. You guys are deserving of great things.

No, Paycom is not taking over our affiliate software program (Jumbo). However, Jumbo is fully integrated with Paycom so all Jumbo clients will not be effected at all.

In fact, this brings up a good point. All Paycom customers can now use our top notche affiliate software. Contact us for rates and a demo!

Yes I saw that. But as a reseller I don't think that really applies to me.

I am referring to affiliate programs. Mainly those that do not do their own coding so reseller links will need to be changed.

And then there are the galleries out there with old codes. Those are always fun.

I suppose I will have to figure out what needs to be changed and hopefully will not lose any sales in the meantime.

Please call our Tech support group at 888-627-3888. They are there 24/7 and will answer your questions so that you do not have to wonder or lose any sales. If they do not have your answers, ask to be transferred to Clay; he will help you. We may not have all of the answers at the exact moment you call, but we will get them. Our reputation for excellent Client Services is important and it will be maintained.

Thanks to all of you that have expressed your support. Clay, Joel and I are very proud of this transaction and of our staff that have all worked to build our company into what we are today. This is a work in progress and we are very fortunate to have a great group of people. The fine people of Jettis have been a pleasure to do business with and we will be doing a lot of other business together, for a long time.

To any of you that have concerns, please email me at [email protected]

You may not get a reply for a while, we are kind of busy as you can imagine. Again, I won?t have all of the answers but I, along with my partners and our staff, will work hard for you in getting the answers. We have always been 110% committed to the Adult Webmaster market, uninterrupted since 1996. We are more committed today.

Thanks again for your support.

Well it also depends on how much notice you get, among other things.

The last year has been hell in terms of changing link codes. Although its a good way to clean house of some sponsors for sure.

My main concern is staying on top of things in case some companies don't give proper notice. ;)

this looks like a good move - size matters when dealing with visa, and jettis and paycom together will have a better voice to represent the industry as a whole which is in all our interests
I hope you are right about that. Billing, chargebacks, visa regulations are a major concern to all of us.l

Chris, please clarify a couple of things for me...

1. Will Jettis clients still be able to use the jumbo software (Jettis's affiliate software)?

2. I have signed on to Jettis, done almost all of the paperworks, and locked in a good proccesing rate, but have not begun proccesing with Jetiis yet...will that rate still stand, and will I have to start the whole process over with epoch now as far as the paperwork and such?

Thanks

Shap, I find it intersting that you think this is bad while so many others think it's good.

Isn't 1 bigger, better proccessor a more favorable option than 2 smaller, less qualified processors?

What's so bad about Epoch?

With respect to EU processing, Jettis has not supported EU clients on Visa for a long time. However, those clients that are "Visa disabled" (accepting only MasterCard and Discover) will continue uninterrupted.

Will there be any Visa fee refunds to those that have recently signed up with Jettis, but have not processed yet, who are also Epoch clients?
Epoch paid the VISA registration fees on behalf of all Jettis customers who were not already registered with Epoch.

In your particular case we will have to look at your account
