you might want to try the greenguyandjim.com board. lot of linked list owners and submitters there.

auto submitters are pretty much banned from link lists but you can add your site to the Link Machine

Advanced Submitter can effectively submit to Link Lists. It can do directory mirroring which is required for many Link List. It can also handle the category specific recips need ay many site.
Try getting into their database, They have a Link List submission type. |
