Got one bedroom on the first floor, and the "living space" on the third. It's a loft layout, but a lot of room. 3 bathrooms, 2 showers, and a jacuzzi tub :D

I know, but this is Vegas. Everyone and their mother seem to be buying real estate here like crazy. I could have bought a brand new house for 200k but I would live in the outskirts of Vegas. I've done the hour commute before, and I hate it. Now i'm in the area I prefer :)
