Let's buy Acacia!

Who's with me? Stock prices are way down... We patch up the holes in the patent claim, and start suing everyone ELSE who uses streaming video! What do ya say?

I think Acacia hasn't tried to bully the right people yet, when they knock on the wrong door one too many times, they will find that it is all about having friends in the right places that makes a difference. Their patents are going down I give it another year.

I think they didn'y knock Microsofts door yet. They will easily pay more in lawyers fees then the total value of ACASIA.

I think that is what Acacia should have done, milk the adult community for everything they got, but Acacia got greedy, and trying to go after the big boys, but they will find out how the real world works. Acacia catching alot of companies attention, and most don't like sharing their bottom line with no one/

What acacia should of done is make a license $750 a year just like visa. A very nice income stream with little work. Everyone would of signed up adult and mainstream. IT would of been seen as the cost of doing business but they were very greedy.

You're probably right about a flat fee. A percentage of gross was out of the question for anyone who is looking long term. Anyone who did sign, probably got a flat fee deal.

Acacia wouldn't sell for a firm figure, their whole gamble is in hopes of getting a chunk of everything anyone sees or hears.
