that is one of the dumbest charges ever..How the hell u gonna arrest someone for drinking no matter which country..Iv never heard of assault causing bodily harm lol..They make things up as they go along it seems

Aggravated assault in Florida if you are convicted is 15 years in jail, what is it in Toronto?
