1. Does the new regulations affect people outside the us?
2. If no to question one, do I need to host outside us in order to get around these stupid regulations?

The important thing is that your company be offshore. It is perfectly legal to buy US hosting if your are outside the US. Hosting is cheapest here.
Whoever said a lawyer will make things clear is DEAD WRONG - talk to three lawyers and see if they all arive at the same conclusion. I know they won't - I've been there already. |
