it seems though that this was a girl that asked a guy to give her his sperm

i would think that in a sperm bank (which this wasn't) there is more legal docs to protect from this

They article also stated that it was a legally biding contract...so something to that extent, I don't know the extact phrasing they used. Basically the judge set aside the law for the good of one child. This might sound shitty to some, but I don't think that's right...do you?

Hell, even in real estate there is no such thing as a binding verbal aggreement as far as the courts are concerned..
