a mix of drive and money. the things I wish to achieve take tons of money to do without tons of drive and I do not have enough drive to do it with no money backing my ventures. There just would not be enough hours in a day to do so.

-One $1 million home in NJ.
-One $1.5 million home in FL.
-One $2.5 million home in CA.
-$5 million stock portfolio.
-$9.5 million in savings.
-Owner of 3 Chili's restaurants.
-Owner of one Muvico/or Cineplex theater. A huge one, no bullshit seating.
-Record label (not for money, for pure entertainment)
-Cars? irrelevant, when you've this type of money, need not mention.
-Five new car dealerships.
-My entire family? Again, no need to mention them. Obviously with this much disposable income they would get taken care of.

Can do w/o the CA home, record label, Chili's and stock portfolio. Other than that, everything listed remains a goal.

As for wisdom? Sure, take some of that as well.

Drive is not a problem. With time, I can study and get the knowledge I want. This in turn would help me get more money which would back me up for other projects...yadayadayada and so on

My goal is to own (without partners, investors or bank loans) a successful bar/venue.

Unfortunately, I will only have the money and time to devote to it in another 14 months when I get a bonus (guarenteed on my current contract).

The waiting is killing me, as I have the perfect location lined up which may not be available still in a year and a half.

In the end all of those are excuses for the most part. I need money right now and some knowledge in specific areas. Time can solve all those. What's holding me back is me. It's all mental.
