Having some email issues.

Host says it was fixed yesterday, wasnt working today, just called, they were surprised it wasnt working for me, did a coupkle tests and now its not fixed...

I have not been able to get emails since yesterday morning.

PLEASE, if you have tried to email me, this is my public way of acknowledging the problem.

Please dont think I am ignoring you.

I was assured I would get all mail from yesterday and today, but I connected once and only one piece was retrieved.

reason I post this here is because many of the people who email me daily are here, lots of clients on this board.

bear with me, these things happen to everyone and its not in my hands.

fucking hate tech issue crap.

funny thing is, now it will probably be fixed 10 mins after i click submit pon this but i had to announce it

hahaha

i can email, (send) but cannot retrieve.

Does your ISP have web based email? Mindspring/Earthlink has Springmail where you can check your email on the web if your pop server is giving you troubles.

i dont use my isp email.

i only use my server emails on my domains.

its the mail server on my host end....

it was said to have been fixed, but when i try to check mail today it no work, so I called, they thought it was fixed, i guess it wasnt fixed throughout the entire system...

I was expecting some emails worth a few hundreds bucks, i get emails everyday from people trying to send me money...

i have not gotten ONE PIECE OF MAIL IN 2 days...

this is beginning to really, really fucking piss me off.

I love my host, NEVER had a problem....

i am only allowed to connect every so often...

i got off the phone with tech support when i started this thread so it hasnt even been 30 mins....

Your host may also have web based email. I use Conepuppy and he has it. CWmail I think it's called.

yea if you have webadmin or something like that on your server you can log in and manually check your e-mails.. it sucks but still works

tell me its fixed yesterday and i lost mails worth over 500 bucks yesterday and no doubt hundreds today.

Yeah its a fucking travesty if your email goes down because you're losing hundreds per second.

I have been expecting to close 2 deals over the past 2 days.

I have clients who are trying to close deals over 400+ each and have no been able to contact them.

You laugh, i dont.

I get emails everyday regarding orders, people pay me instantly.

every day without mail costs me money, no lies.

trust me, if a designers doesnt reply within the day , people move on.

I get emails in the morning, if i dont reply by night, they found someone else.
