I came across this url and it makes no sense at all

at first glance it looks like the TLD is cc and the domain name is 666
666.cc goes to what looks like some kind of satanic site
com.666.cc redirects to ropotr.dr.ag and then refreshes to list.dr.ag
what the hell is the proper TLD for this URL?
is premier-young.fan-page.com a sub domain of 666.cc ??

I'm confused
