What you say makes sense. However, do you think that the video in question would have ever been made if it were not for web sites like CJ and orgish.com? It is my understanding that the makers of this video sent it directly to orgish.com. If this is true, then it can be argued that these sites promoted the making of the tape. I doubt people make animal cruelty videos because PETA exists.
