Actually the answer is obvious. This person is seeking attention on GFY.

Females don't have to work hard, or insult for attention on GFY, all they have to do is show a picture of themselves or hint that they might. They have everyones attention!

And how would using your real identity make you any more vulnerable to a libel suit? If you're been served before, that person already knows your identity.
