If he is some big shot who refuses to post his true identity, there's probably a reason for it, as in he is banned, in which case he's probably Lawrence Connor or videovoyeur.

And how would using your real identity make you any more vulnerable to a libel suit? If you're been served before, that person already knows your identity. If they don't know your identity, why would they sue you. Are you saying that you plan on lying about someone and don't want them to know who you are? That does wonders for your credibility.
