Is this enough promo content for a launch ?
For our new version (basically almost a full re-launch), we're going with the following to begin with (more being added every week!)
Static Banners: 50 of each size, per site: 120x90 125x125 88x31 90x400 140x250 190x150 240x60 468x60 468x80 Animated Banners: 50 of each size, per site: 120x90 125x125 88x31 90x400 140x250 190x150 240x60 468x60 468x80 Flash Banners: 50 of each size, per site: 120x90 125x125 88x31 90x400 140x250 190x150 240x60 468x60 468x80 Searchboxes: 4 of each size, per site: 190x150 300x200 468x60 Half-page ads: 4 of each size, per site: 250x250 300x200 300x300 400x300 400x400 Full-page ads: 4 of each size, per site: 500x500 800x600 Dynamic Testimonials: 4 of each size, per site: 190x150 300x200 468x60 Co-branding: Mini-site generator tool We will also have a tool to allow you to throw whatever banners/content you wish together as a rotating set (of the same size ofcourse), as well as providing articles / advertorials for use on affiliate's sites. Think that's good enough for launch?  BTW the program isn't for paysites, its for dating/adult dating sites. New version: Launching August 1st!!! |

I personally think you should have gone with 51 of each...I mean...do you really want to look like you cheaped out on the promo?

As a side question, what method do you consider most affiliates will like for linking?
We will go with iframe method, such as: <iframe width=468 height=60 marginwidth=0 marginheight=0 hspace=0 vspace=0 frameborder=0 scrolling=no src="http://www.site.com/content/campaign_id/content_id"></iframe> This way, when the affiliate uses our dynamic menu for choosing what content they want, we simply provide them with an iframe tag to copy-n-paste, where the height, width, src will all be based upon their choice. This will work for ALL content types listed above, including searchboxes and even full-page ads. Just stick the tag in and voila! This means we can also track views/clicks on content types other than banners  Are there problems with this method, or a better way?? Thx |
