One that I've been submitting to is
http://www.wahoothumbs.com It shows them automatically, but you have to do it everyday because the pics don't stay on there long. They do send a lot of traffic though. Another one is http://www.tgpyellowpages.com These are just text links, but I've gotten tons of traffic from them as well. There are more, I just can't think of them off the top of my head though.
