The judge granted the stay until after appeal. Martha won't see a jail this year.

Well when she sold them, the companys most promising drug was rumored not to pass the FDA test, basically saying it was crap but I guess u cant believe all rumors!

Yeah but she wasnt charged with that. This whole thing was really based on her editing an email, then telling her assistant to edit it back the way it was.

it didn't get approved by the FDA the 1st time out but, I'm not 100% sure, it got approved at a later date.

Besides jail time you have any clue how much her legal fees will be with all the high priced lawyers she has?

I'm sure it'll be in the high 7 figure range when all is said and done if not more.

AFAIK she can't. She either resigned or was ousted by her company. She's kept along as spokes person, for now. But she's no longer in control. She can't make that decision.
