Yeah but she wasnt charged with that. This whole thing was really based on her editing an email, then telling her assistant to edit it back the way it was.

AFAIK she can't. She either resigned or was ousted by her company. She's kept along as spokes person, for now. But she's no longer in control. She can't make that decision.
