Batman as suave as he was, was a closet homosexual. Tight clothes, big muscles, and really good with the ladies, but mever closed the deal..

Batman was for sure my favorite homosexual super hero..

But my favorite heterosexual superhero was Apachie Cheif.. He was the big fucking Indian Dude that could grow to be as tall as a building! He was my favorite heterosexual hero.. Rumor has it he was as straight as an arrow and did not like gays.

However, my favorite all around superhero was green lantern.. I say all around, because to this day, I still dont know the sexual orientation of The Green Lantern.. He was a stud.. I could see how people of all sexual orientations could really look up to the green lantern. He had a batman type uniform, nice slender tall tight body, and a big unit. He was a little ruff on the edges unlike batman, so it was difficult to tell if he was gay or not. So it is hard to Classify Green Lantern as a homo or hetero superhero.
I think this mystery in him makes him my favorite.

Silver Age is but one time period in the history of comics. Basically, Golden Age is from the 1930s to 1950s, Silver Age is from the 1950s to 1980s & the Modern Age is from 1980s to now. Of course, there are some overlapping & comic fans will argue to exactly when the Silver Age started (the appearance of Martian Manhunter in the 1950s is said to be the start of the Silver Age).

Hal Jordan is not the original Green Lantern nor is he the current one. Alan Scott is the Golden Age Green Lantern & had a much cooler costume with a cape. Kyle is the current Green Lantern. Hal Jordan died & is now the current Spectre which is pissing off both Hal Jordan & Spectre fans.
