its not good to not eat carbs i mean to cut back is fine but to not eat them is not good

high protein/fat diets may lead to an increase chance of cancer. too much of a good thing. maybe it won't make much of a difference for someone like a woman who eats under 3k cals a day, but for some people in the 5k+ area it very well could increase the chances. too much of a good thing, works with almost anything.
