Here is my top10 at ccbill (based on 500.000 clicks, 01 is best):

07 First Time Videos

09 BarelyAngels partnership

15 Hegre Archives Partner Program

I promote most ccbill programs, so I'm curious how others do.

But i dont use even 1 from your list.

My statsremotes stats say:

overall this month per raw visitor $0.05
overall this month per unique visitor $0.09

Yeah, some are single site programs, but they convert well

Sales per click doesn't include rebills, right? Factoring that in could make a considerable difference to anyone's results.

these stats is clean signups, no rebills counted. I can't compare the sites, since some does not have this option.
