I get as far as $make install

$make install
Installing libtcl8.3.so to /usr/local/lib/
cp: /usr/local/lib/#inst.37595#: Permission denied
mv: rename /usr/local/lib/#inst.37595# to /usr/local/lib/libtcl8.3.so: No such file or directory
chmod: /usr/local/lib/libtcl8.3.so: No such file or directory
*** Error code 1

Holy shit people still use tcl

.. we coded bots with it 10 years ago, war bots tho so atleast it was cool.
