I find .. Child Pornography Many US and other international purveyors of child pornography have have simply gone "offshore" to host their child pornography websites. Their strategy is to join ISP networks that do not have a presence in the United States / Canada / Australia - and hence the ISP network does not really care if persons outside their network or sales area complain. |
