2) Art Director (art and animation creation program)

Preferably is .ST format
if you have it or know where I can get it lemme know

Willing to pay - I don't expect such a rarity for free

There's and excellent Atari ST resource site at http://www.atari.st/ - try asking in one of their forums, the people there are normally great for things like this.
