I made the mistake of buying from that guy along time ago, it wasnt even worth using.. Worst part was, 2 weeks later he was offering it all at half price.

Well, it seems that shit happens when you're out and you let someone else do the work for you.

Rick you're upset, and I'm 100% with you. I'm gonna take care of the problem myself. I'm mad at the monkey who was supposed to do the job while I was out. I've always made good deals in the past and I treat my customers right. Somes were upset with the blowout when everybody was doing the so-called blowout sales and I understand that. But I always try to do my best and people who know me can say the same thing.

I'm a standup guy and I do take everything seriously and when shit like that happens, I do my best to fix it all and give something in return.

So to fix the situation, you can from now download the content and give me a call, I can't access email or ICQ, but at least I always keep my cell phone. I'll give you the username and password to download the content. I'm checking on the phone now with the guy for the editing, and it seems that he fucked up the whole editing, so shameless, anyhow he's just fired and I'll do all that myself.

So let's clear things up on the phone, oh, and Fuck the vacations!

You can now, ladies and gentlemen, return to your normal duties.

Good luck with that. Most of the content providers that post here are flat ass broke. That's why they spam their shit every other day and run a different special each week. Now you want them to hire sales reps?

Aaron is right, the content business is cutthroat. You get what you pay for. Many producers are low to no margins and don't have time for amenities like customer service. You don't go to Walmart expecting a personal attendent to follow you around the store.
