Yep, the best hangover cure starts the night before. Drink some water during the evening if you can........ but when you get home, BEFORE you pass out, get in the habit of doing the following....
Go to the kitchen. Get a big glass of water. Take an aspirin or a couple pain killers of some sort Drink the water. (all of it) You'll never wake up with a headache again. It is a two minute investment that will save your whole next day.
