I have fucked up my right shoulder on numerous occassions.

First time circa 1982 during my breakdance phase trying to learn the windmill on some linoleum out in the middle of our street...lol I know I deserved it ;)

circa 1987 boogie boarding I hyper extended it.

circa 1991 Jui Jitus class my shoulder was dislocated during a throw, the instructor put it back in and it hasn't been the same since.

Anyway for 3 days straight now it's been hurting like hell...and nothing ishelping not even painkillers.
and so on and so on.
