We are getting 15 - 20k uniques a day (roughly 650,000 - 950,000 impressions per week per ad) on this site and we have AWESOME User retention, The site has been featured in Playboy and most recently the NEW YORK TIMES. Thank god we are on a cluster because the traffic we got from the times article was more than we have ever seen (3000 requests a second ) and our systems held up and could have handles alot more.
