Is that like a low low low rez sample pic?

imho it would look cool, maybe even worth 100.00 but those colors look like hell, faded, low rez, and i dont know if its supposed to have this but the very top purple has black dots, looks like a bad scanned image or something.

Overall the design is good, i would not pay 100.00 for it, and if i made something like that i would not charge more then 30.00 - 40.00 tops.
