What's YOUR Estimate Of NEW SIGNUPS Every Day?

I guess around 50,000. Think I'm high or low? By a new signup I mean someone pulling out and successfully using their CC to buy a recurring subscription over $15.

Cheers,
Matt

I'd imagine there's more than 5000 other people getting at least 10+ signups a day too, no? So maybe my estimate should be doubled to 100,000?

Cheers,
Matt

Is that a researched number? I figure if you know all major billing companies and their numbers you'd be able to figure approximately.

Cheers,
Matt

Truckloads.

If you think about it it makes sense though, comparing it to other industries and money they bring in.

Like how many chocolate bars are sold each day? I think there are 4 million Kitkat bars sold/eaten each day alone.

Cheers,
Matt

to be honest I don't think it's that large a number.

A useless fact: every second about 3,000 cups of nescafe are sold/drunk worldwide

Considering it's excluding other adult items such as DVDs, Videos, Pay Per View, Phone Chat that are sold online, it's pretty big IMO.

Assuming the average price for the 120k sales is $20 that's $2.4 million per day or $72,000,000 per month, and for fun $864,000,000 per year.

Cheers,
Matt

That does seem off a bit though. Almost a billion in new signups each year? I would think that includes recurring though too? I'd think the average retention is likely 3 months, so divided by 3 would make more sense - 40,000 NEW signups per day?

Cheers,
Matt
