Direct TV????

I live in south florida
we get rain
wind
thunder/lighting
now does the direct tv dish hold up?
i see some in my complex
but if the signal fucks up all the time
i won't switch to directv
(I need the NFL package to see my Patriots)

you might get what they call Rain Fade but it has to be raining REALLY hard... but I know people who live on house boats and they have it and it's fine

I had them for a while and had no problems. I was in miami, and my brother in Gainesville has them as well. The storms only cause problems if they are extremely heavy..

You should be ok.


But for now, don't waste you time with the fixed cards.
