Anyone know of any 3rd party processors who are still billing for celeb content ?

i thought the big third party processors weren't billing anymore for celeb sites but i clicked a link in somebody's sig a few weeks ago to a program that has lots of celeb sites and they had third party processing from one of the big 4 adult third party processors.
